Y do I have so much Discharge?

If 15 and everyday I have to change my panties multiple times a day bcuz s much discharge comes out of my Pee pee. Even when I'm not even close to my period it ati happens. Every day. Have 2 kinds. One is white and sticky and smells like my pee pee does and other is clear and looks like I let a few drops of pee out but I didn't. I'm not sexually active but I do masturbate. ( I dont just get discharge after that... It's all the time) So y is there SO much? Ik my private creates natural liquid butthis is a lil much....? What is going on???
