What is the best way to take out/put down the back seat of a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 truck?

I am trying to figure out the best way to put down the back seat of my truck so i can mount an amplifier there to the back of the cab behind the seat. I would prefer to not take out the seat but will if need be. I have tried multiple times but not sure if I'm just missing something.... Thanks for the help!!
