What is a good program to burn DVDs?

I want a program that will let me burn games onto DVDs...It would be nice but I don't mean a program that burns the game onto the disc so when I put the disc in I play the game, I mean a program to burn multiple games (in .rar form) onto a dvd and when I put the dvd in I can copy the games over, unrar/install them and play them without the disc. I am running Windows XP Pro too if that's a problem.
