Interviewing Attire/Dress for Fine Dining?

There is a local hiring event at Johnny Carino's for the next two days. I plan to go tomorrow. I know I should wear nice, business attire, but to what extent? I have a formal dress (white business sheath) that I would wear with a black bolero or button-less black cardigan. I call that my 'power suit' lmao. But I also have regular black pants, black jacket, and white top. Would my 'power suit' be seen as too dressy for this position?
