Help! Multiple programs on the computer keep popping up that they can't be found!?

The computer was recently sent in because it was full of viruses. He said he didn't have to delete any programs or personal files, however, now when we try to get on things like MP3 rocket or Word Perfect, it either says that it can't be found, or a window pops up asking what you want to open it with. I tried to go into add/remove programs, but it won't let me open it. What's going on?
