Can i cuff my jeans and wear them with oxfords? ?

Should i cuff them about an inch? There skinny jeans. Im a girl. Would it look okay? Ive seen GUYS cuff there jeans and wear them with oxfords but im not sure if girls can do it too. I would usually wear cuffed jeans oxfords and a sweater. Or a shirt with a cardigan. Is it a nice outfit? Thanks :)
