What time management game is it where you run this office or something?

You play a girl with orange hair i think and there are multiple other people that you get to do the work.. Theirs an artist girl and a hard *** older woman and a young guy trying to get with the artist girl.. If they get too stressed out they go home. The artist girl draws on a board to calm down... the older woman cooks something. I dont't remember what its called :( I used to play it all the time.
