What should i wear with leggings...?

Well skirts and dresses look really cute with black leggings. You could ware whatever color skirt and then ware a shirt to match it and ware a black camisole under the shirt to compliment the leggings. For example ware a pink skirt with black leggings underneath and a pink shirt with a black cami under it.
