What are my vaginal cramps from?

I had unprotected (pull out) sex on the 26th which was about four days after my period I had a normal period but with a slightly heavy flow. It's now the 28th and I am experiencing very bad cramping similar to menstrual cramping, with bloating as well. Idk what the cramps are from...is it more likey that they are due to having rough/deep sex (he was big, and we had sex multiple times that morning, which made my vagina very sore), or is it ovulation cramps, or maybe even early implantation cramps, or could I possibly have a infection? I have an appox. 32 day cycle and am due to ovulate from about the 29th-4th. My next period is due on the 12th or 18th if that helps.
