Whats the name of that Chinese (unsure) god with broken arrows in his hands and a fierce face?

It may not be chinese, I don't know, but it has a face that looks very pissed off and like arrows broken in its hands. Also, has multiple arms, and is holding some double swords in two of them. I don't know his name, but its driving me nuts. If you have any knowledge of this figure, I will pay you absolutely nothing if you could answer this question. Thanks! :)
