What should I wear to a teenage disco?

Hi it is my end of year disco. I'm really not sure whether to wear a dress and a crop cardigan or some slim jeans and a nice t-shirt. I don't know what everyone else is wearing but I really don't want to look over dressed or under dressed. If you can think of any other outfits I could wear please tell them to me. Thanks!
