I need financal help to get my daughter to doctors for surgery....?

IM reaching out to try to find an origination that helps people in need,my 6 year old daughter has MED( Multiple epiphyseal dysplasia) she has to go in August to have surgery on her hips IM doing the best i can at saving the money up for this trip she has to be in the hospital for a week and has to be there the day before surgery,we need money for gas,tolls,motel,food and im just looking for some organization that might be able to help in any way....We live in up state new york she needs to go to boston witch is about 4 hours away...please anyone with any information would be helpful thank you and god bless!
