How do I answer the question " Why am I leaving my job" on an interview, especially when the answers are bad?

I am leaving for multiple reasons...the company is starting to talk lay offs, it is a really mean place to work, the hours are really hard to work, they are cutting hours, and I am really unhappy there. Any advice would be helpful. I have been there for almost 5 years. Thanks
