How can I tell how many times I ***?

I know I've *** before, multiple times during our experience. I just can't tell exactly when I ***, so I don't know how to count how many times. When my bf asks, I can't answer how many times. So I am just wondering how to tell exactly how many times I *** in one experience. Thanks for the help!
