Can I write an E-mail to my teacher?

So, I have been very stressed out lately about multiple things. Before summer break started my teachers would ask me if I was okay. I would say yes I'm fine and act okay. But, I'm not. I really want to talk to one of my teachers about it now- but it's summer vacation. I know her school E-Mail address. So, would I be able to E-mail her asking if I can talk? Please answer.
