Can I record multiple channels on Encore ENLTV-FM3?

Hi, I'm about to purchase an Encore ENLTV-FM3 video capture card, and I want to know if I can record multiple TV channels with it. Is that possible? I'd also like to record TV and radio channels at the same time.
